"BURNERS WITHOUT BORDERS $5K STIMULUS PACKAGE

Deadline for Applications 4/24

President Obama has offered up his multi-bazillion dollar stimulus package and rather than wait around to see if it takes, Burners Without Borders is offering a stimulus package of its own. Over the years, we have learned that real change starts at the grassroots level and sometimes it just needs a little boost to get going. Well, BWB is taking $5,000 of your generous contributions from this past year to help jump start civic projects in your neck of the woods.

We are hoping to stimulate a lot of projects and are offering awards from $100-$1,000. It's simple. Gather your community, find out what you care about, and let your imaginations run wild. The deadline for submissions is 4/24. You can check out the details and fill out a simple application at www.bunerswithoutborders.org.

We are here to support you in making your project a success. We can help you get the word out to the appropriate networks in your community and are happy to help you brainstorm ideas-just send an e- mail to projects@burnerswithoutborders.org.

Yes We Can...Surely We Will!"
